Cannot access Cox Webmail most of the time Part 2

Here we go again. Webmail will not load reliably for the last three days. The page can't be displayed. Again, every other website loads perfectly... except COX Webmail. I would venture to say ...

Over the night something changed and everything is working this morning (fast too). Wonder what that change was? Using the same URL too. I changed nothing and logged onto webmail. Was very shocked to see it pop up so fast. Will be reading emails instead of playing solitaire.
