Buffering, losing about 20m an hour

For the past 10+ days, Cox keeps buffering on my TV, computer, Phone all at once. It happens about every 5-10 minutes, and buffers for a few minutes. Over the course of an hour, TV shows end up about...

    It’s happened to me also over the last two weeks and I may lose my job because of it because I work from home what can be done?
