Epic just addressed this, i just made a post on it. They have found the problem and are looking to have it fixed by the next update. Its an issue with the packets not arriving in order and being discarded.
Yeah I heard about that but I was curious as to why this issue persists in only cox and not other isps. Like all the big streamers don’t seem to be getting any packet loss.
Ive seen other isp with this issue on some forums but mainly a higher percentage with cox.
yeah but the issue is with cox itself. I believe the update will only lower the packet loss, but anything over 1-2% is bad
Im curious as well. They seem confident they know a fix, so keep fingers crossed. I have had this issue for 7 months now
