Anyone with Gigablast see their download speeds going to hell? Mine started out, a year ago, at a weak 750mbps and now runs 350-450.

Gigablast is really bad.  Four times I've contacted techs for an explanation.  In all cases I've been disconnected at their end without explanation.

Phone reps are ignoring you.  What you could do is send an email to cox.help@cox.com with the following:
 - URL of This Post
 - Full Name
 - Complete Address
