Then why are multiple other people's data usage showing really high for one or two days when they weren't home? including me, I talked to one person who had the same amount of data used on the same day i did.

What dates did you have issues on? I'm in OKC and got squeezed by this tactic and cox would not do anything for me. I think its time to seek legal council. My inlaws in KS got hit the same way too.
