- DawnJ7 years agoFormer ModeratorHello, I wanted to provide an update on the service issue in the area. Our Plant Team was able to identify the problem with equipment in the Field. The equipment was replaced and all has work is completed. Please let us know if you find that you are still experiencing a service issue. -Dawn J Support Forum Moderator
