On Demand - Program Unavailable

On-Demand:

I used to get the Now On Demand  video ((previews of new movies/freezone by On-Demand host Carmine)  when immediately pressing the On-Demand button on the remote, now I get Program Unavailable all the time.  I have to manually scroll through the menu (to Now on demand) to find it and play it-- used to come up automatically in the top left screen etc.    Is there way to fix this?

It's something minor-- but I find the videos useful for a quick overview of what's new instead of scrolling through all the movies menu items etc.

    If you can play the video manually but it doesn't play automatically, there may not be a major signal problem, just a minor communication problem or box glitch. The first thing to try is to power-cycle the box: http://bit.ly/PowerCycleCableBox

    It may take up to 20 minutes for On Demand to become available again once the reboot is complete. Let us know if that does it, and if not we can take a closer look at signal and account issues.
