Sick and tired of doing every possible solution listed. LOL, I would love to shoot the mini box!

Is there a solution to this problem? Going on chat didn’t help, the guy treated me like I was senile!

  • That can possibly indicate a signal issue. If you have already checked the coaxial cable connections/bypassed any possible splitters and rebooted the cable box, then we may need to have a technician out. Send us an email to if you need us to setup a service call.
