Thanks, how do i "Have you enabled the SMTP authentication for outgoing email with your username and password?"

ok i see the option, i enabled it still fails.
with this error

Thank you. It sounds like the email client is not able to authenticate the username and password. I know that you just recently changed the password, but can you give this a shot again? Also, ensure that the username does not include Cox.net. It should only contain the first part of the email address.

What options do you have for encryption method? For outgoing mail, can you choose StarTLS or something similar? I think Cox uses TLS 1.2 now. Also, you don't want SPA but instead use these instructions;
- Open your Outlook account.
- From the Tools menu, choose Account Settings.
- Select your email account from the list, then click Change.
- On the Change E-mail Settings window, click More Settings.
- Click the Outgoing Server tab, then check the My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication option.
