Outlook send/receive error since planned outage this week
Since the planned upgrade outage that took place last Monday my outlook email has not received email. Here's error message message: Task 'Synchronizing subscribed folders for nnnxxx@cox.net reported error 0x800CCC0E. Can't connect to server.' Rebooted computer several times, rebooted modem/router etc. with no success. Finally got the status bar to show "connected" but still not sending or receiving. Mailbird application is working as it should. Please advise or provide assistance. Thanks in advance.636Views0likes3CommentsPanoramic WiFi App Upgrade Error
I have a Panoramic Gateway, when I try to login to the Panoramic WiFi App or web portal I receive a message stating that I need to upgrade for access. We recently moved out service to a new address, at the previous address I was able to access the app and features with this same gateway, ever since we moved I can't. There is no reason I shouldn't have access. I have tried for months to get this resolved. I need access immediately. My data usage has suddenly tripled and I need to know why. I don't understand why no one can fix this or help me. Yes I am using the primary login. Several people have verified that I am and that I have the right gateway. No one can figure out why or even try something to fix it. It’s always the same conversation. Right user I’d? Right equipment? Are you sure you could access it before? Have you tried the web portal? Then they tell me that it’s extremely unusual, rare or doesn’t make sense and that I will have to talk to someone else. Does anyone have any ideas??1.4KViews0likes1CommentCox Contour Boxes updating always at the incorrect time
OK we have followed the correct directions for our boxes to update at a specific time. Unfortunately they are updating at a different time than what we selected and then taking close to 2.5 daily to update. Is anyone else having this issue/ Our TV's display the Please excuse our house cleaning message. TV is unwatchable for that entire time! How do we resolve this issue. Again it's not the settings, we already have those set up for a particular time that Cox seems to be ignoring.2.3KViews1like5CommentsSetting up a second DVR main box- Issues!
Hello! I’m trying to set up a DVR main box and this is the second box that I have tried from Cox. I’m also trying it on another TV and I have used multiple cables and I still cannot get the thing to work. So it’s definitely not a problem on my end. I only get a couple channels and then the rest say “to be announced” and that is it. For some reason Cox cannot get it to receive a signal. When I click on the Cox button on the remote, I go to customer service and do a receiver test. But the connectivity test failed I got a reference of 10.1. 7.2 and it says a serious problem has been detected. I get current value 33.2. With all the error codes that I’m getting no one can seem to figure out the problem. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I've had issues before with it not saving outgoing mail in Thunderbird, but NEVER in sending. This has appeared over the last 24 hours or so, still works fine in my phone & iMac (both using IMAP and Apple Mail). Now that I'm typing this I realize it might be JUST due to the VPN. I do use it with different end points/cities. But either way it's happening and I need to be able to send e-mails, regardless of what city/country I appear to be sending from. Thanks for your help1.5KViews0likes3CommentsWhitelabel
