I am getting the following message when trying to log in to Contour from the cox main page:

This application has no explicit mapping for /error, so you are seeing this as a fallback.

    Hi Carlosprpr,

    That's an unusual error! What browser are you using? What happens when you go to watchtv.cox.com? Are you able to log in and access TV Online content?
