I get Acorn through Cox Contour. On some series, not all the episodes are available or even listed on the Acorn menu. For instance, on Darby and Joan, episodes, 1,2,3,5,and 7 are available but not episodes 4,6,8. On The Other One, Season 2 include episodes 1,2, and 5 only. Please advise.
Thank you for your reply. The issue continues. The new series “Recipes for Love and Murder” episodes 1 and 2 are supposed to be available as of September 5 according to Acorn but are not available to me through Contour.
I have also alerted Acorn TV to this issue via twitter.

Acorn TV is available for Cox members as an add-on subscription. The billing for this service is independent of Acorn TV and handled through Cox. All of the shows are the same, but please note that the add-on subscription does not sync and cannot be used with the Acorn TV website or standalone apps. This means you will not be able to log in to or sync your watchlist on our website or the Acorn TV apps for mobile phones and streaming devices.

Thank you Jonathan. I just checked and the missing episodes for Darby and Joan and The Other One are now available but no episodes are available yet for Recipes for Love and Murder (4). I will send this via email as you suggest. Thank you for your help.
