Error message on TV

My TVs are showing a message that says this device needs to be activated before we continue. I called tech support and they tried to troubleshoot but nothing worked. They then came back and said there is a maintenance going on and that’s why it could be saying this. My wifi works fine though. I’ve never had this message appear before.
