Now that the MLB season is being delayed will Cox either delay charging for or credit charges for the missed days of games. Customer support cannot give me a definitive answer to this question.
I was told that if, due to technical problems, games were unavailable then there could be a credit issued but they did not know how the current situation would be handled.
Cox corporate (privately owned) offices need to step up and be proactive in telling their customers what their policy is/will be in this issue.
