Contour DVR
DVR records but crashes on playback. Was told it was a known software issue that had just been resolved. One week later it started again. Seems to be mostly on CBS. Anyone else having same issue.

- This sounds to me more like a signal or equipment related problem. I'd suggest checking the connections to ensure they're hand tight then disconnect power for two minutes and reconnect to see if a reset helps. -Chris
not crashing but had issues last night on 2 cbs shows i had recorded wednesday, both had to be watched on-demand.
