When will CableCard issue CUI000008816597 be fixed

All cable channels are showing Subscription Required for at least the last 4 hours or longer.  Only the 2nd support session I opened today was smart enough to determine there was a master issue affecting all cable cards.  When issue resolved will I get a text message like when a service disruption occurs?  Will I need to reboot my tuning adapter and computer once issue is resolved in order to watch and record again?
