When will CableCard issue CUI000008816597 be fixed

All cable channels are showing Subscription Required for at least the last 4 hours or longer.  Only the 2nd support session I opened today was smart enough to determine there was a master issue affec...

It looks like this ticket is still open at this time. You should receive a call back once the ticket is completed to let you know the outcome or if anything further needs to be completed.
