I have tried to turn this feature off multiple times and it just turns itself back on. It is blocking calls from my bank everytime. I am working on some financial issues and none of the calls are let through even though the bank phone # is listed as my contact. There is no place to "save" my change each time I make it. WHY???

Remove your phone number from your Nomorobo account.
Remove your Nomorobo-assigned number from your Cox account.
Disable Simultaneous Ring in your Cox account.
Don't forget to Save your settings in the accounts.
