Phone service

Do you have to have a phone connection for internet service? I don’t use any phones except cell but am being charged for phone service call waiting etc. can this be cancelled?

    No phone connections are needed for our internet service. You can cancel the phone service but you will have to call into the Customer Loyalty Team at 1-888-438-6673, Monday-Friday, 8 AM-8 PM, Saturday-Sunday, 9 AM-6 PM.
