No landline service in Laguna Beach, CA for 3 days now. There seems to be no way to report it to COX. Website and mobile app. are useless and offer no help at all. No way to report service outages. I'm 1200 miles away. Elderly family member living alone and partially blind, and hard of hearing can't call out or receive incoming calls. She can call out on her cell, but can't see well enough to answer incoming calls. This is a matter of safety. Doesn't seem right that there's no way to get help.
Not pleased at all.
can't they call in on the cell & have cox reset modem? you could do it if listed on the account.
