Phone Service Out for Several Days. Can't Find Where to Report It.

No landline service in Laguna Beach, CA for 3 days now.  There seems to be no way to report it to COX.  Website and mobile app. are useless and offer no help at all.  No way to report service outages...

can't they call in on the cell & have cox reset modem? you could do it if listed on the account.
