Phone tools call history still not working since Jan 8 after repeated calls & chats to Cox. Was told this is a nationwide problem which would be resolved in 72 hours. It was escalated higher up with a ticket #. Still not working.
Outgoing call history fixed for one day now not logging again. What's going on? After 22 days & the ticket being escalated you would think it would be fixed by now. Now it's not showing any call history again.......incoming or out going!
It really doesn't seem like anyone is working on a resolution other than moderators saying they're still working on it. It's been 3 weeks now! When can I expect it to be fixed?
Lisa, I was told yesterday there is no fix for it.........and I'll quote " a fix on the legacy platform will not be available in the foreseeable future". I wish Cox moderators were all on the same page. We're paying for features that are no longer available & we're not being told.
