Contractors came through installing fiber and dug up rocks and left them in all of our yards. Who can i reach out to to get this issue corrected?

We live in the Oak Ridge Sub in High Springs FL and the contractors that ran the fiber in the right of way left rocks all over our yards. Who do we need to reach out to fix this issue?

OP probably didn't know an email address cited for "billing or other account specific issues" would be appropriate for rocks.
