That article could help, assuming your missing the port in your forwarding. It could be how that your router's firewall is structured. Good luck.
A live chat box comes up but nothing happens when I click in the text box - so I can't type my question. WTF, this is "support"?
Not sure why you can't see the chat option. Try another PC. Works for me and I don't even have to sign in. Also look for script blocker on your PC. Was there any issue the forum can help you with? The chat is a bot and not very helpful.
What browser are you using? Are you permitting cookies for the chat website?
