I need to speak to an agent to check something but there is no way to open a live chat. I can't even speak to Oliver. https://www.cox.com/residential/contactus.htmlIs the button for live chat missing for anyone else?
NETGEAR AC3200 WiFi Cable Modem Router Model C7800I don't even think my issue with the game is related to the ports anymore. The ports that need to be open aren't listed in the link Tiffany posted, and I even tried playing the game with my firewall completely disabled to no avail. I'm gonna try to troubleshoot with the game's support agents again. The game is Red Dead Online.

What ports do you have forwarded? Can you show a screen shot? Here is a list of ports I found. Can you play other games?
Port 6672 (UDP)Port 61455 (UDP)Port 61456 (UDP)Port 61457 (UDP)Port 61458 (UDP)Ports 30211-30217 (TCP)

This is for PS4. If your playing on something else, please tell me.
Here is a screenshot from my router settings. I don't know for sure if these are actually going through though. I'm trying to play on PC. I've played many games and I've never encountered an issue like this before, nor have I ever messed with port forwarding.

The port numbers look good but I don't see a internal IP address where you would put your PC address to forward to. Looks more like port triggering.
What is your problem with your game? Can you connect at all? NAT type? Try testing to see if the ports are open with https://www.canyouseeme.org/ Make sure the game is up and running during the test.
Also, try disabling UPnP at ADVANCED > Advanced Setup > UPnP. If it's disabled, try enabling it. On some routers UPnP bypasses port forwarding, so it's good to play with.
The internal IP address is slightly out of frame of the screenshot, I'm a bit paranoid about giving that out. I'm able to play the game in free roam but during any missions I disconnect after a couple of minutes. I'm not sure how to check my NAT type. The ports appear closed when checking on the site you linked after I input my IP address. I'm seeing if disabling UPnP fixes the issue in game now. Edit: I actually couldn't change the IP in the tool you listed and used another www.yougetsignal.com/.../Edit2: Still disconnecting in game with UPnP disabled.
