Could you give some data on the problem? What model modem and router do you have? What have you tried for troubleshooting? Power cycle? Any splitters or amps? Do you have other Cox services?
Well…I have had confirmed outages for weeks now and it is cratering my work!! Something needs to be done!! This is getting ridiculous! It’s out again today in the 85249!!!
done with Cox as soon as Starlink is available!
I am out too and got told there are no outages in my area and would charge me 75 for a tech to come out. Same zip 85249. This is ridiculous
