Can somebody please list the steps to fix my mac's outlook so that it receives and sends emails. The cox webmail works fine, it's outlook that now does not work. This is a result of something Cox has done on Dec 5. Thank you

I don't have a mac, but you could google how to disable TLS 1.0 on the mac.
Jonathan, your shortcut does not work. Could you check this and see what is wrong?
delete the account, re-create with auto setup.
Bearone2, Could you be a little more specific on how to do this? That is, steps to delete, and steps to autosetup. I'm not a computer whiz.
i'm not a mac person but within oulook on my pc, file/account settings/highlight account/remove.
file/account settings/new, let it setup automatically after you enter login + password.
