Been having some internet issues

Many correctable/uncorrected errors. This is the second modem I've had. Some of the signal levels look at little out-of-spec, but maybe someone could help me with my issues. I notice occasional packet loss/buffering when watching Netflix/amazon prime/etc. as well as gaming and streaming on twitch. Girlfriend who is hardwired also experiences frequent disconnects from calls at her job which are associated when i also am seeing issues and we lose connection, together. The modem stays white so its not losing sync with Cox, the only explanations I can think of is packet loss. I started noticing it more after all the tropical weather we had, but every time I mention that to someone on the Cox chat they seem to disregard this and tell me they have to reboot the modem. Now, I know that is the general scripted procedure with all ISPs, but its tiring and its a familiar corporate mitigation practice from the real issues. Sometimes the signals i'm about to post drop from the -6 to the -7 close to -8 dB. I live in an apartment complex, so I'm not sure how old the central junction Cox boxes are, but it seems techs usually just swap people from one spot to another (past experiences).

Things I've done:

Chatted with Cox

Called Cox

Reset modem

Had you guys provision modem

Upgrade to Gigabit

Downgrade from Gigabit

Packet-loss tests

Changed WiFi channels to unclogged channels

Made sure WiFi signals were strong (doesnt matter because it happens on ethernet at the same time)

  • Hello, I am including some information on ways to improve your internet experience, as well as an article on ways to fix slow speeds and improve the WiFi experience:

At this time, I am not detecting anything unusual with the signal levels or any packet loss. I would also suggest utilizing one network name and password (band steering), and setting your channels to automatic. Here's some more information:
