Email access issues

So back when I was a kid my dad helped me make a Cox email for me just to say that I had one and used it to play games and such. However the password is lost in time, I have no idea what it is, or how to even access my old Cox account, if I even have one. I still know the address, but I have no access to anything regarding it.

    Update: I was able to get into my account, however it shows that I do not have a cox webmail when I still have an address associated with Cox. Am I looking in the wrong place or missing something?

    Does your dad still have service with us? If so try using this link put your user ID than forgot password https://bit.ly/1i9kqfd. If you still have problems after trying that email your full name and address to cox.help@cox.com.

      I have just emailed the help line to try and solve this, thank you for the help.
