Had Contour installed recently, keep getting this error when turning to various channels. This is extremely annoying as it's different channels every day, no warning for when some channels will be available and not others.
Please check for any loose connections. Ensure all cables coming from the wall, Contour box, splitter, TV and other devices are finger-tight. Check the cable to ensure there is no damage. After checking all this let's reboot the Contour box. You can use our Cox Connect app to send a reboot or you can go into the Contour menu on the box by going to the Gear icon selecting "Help" then "Restart".
