When I go online, and sign in, and look at my TV channels (HD), they end after a fraction of the channels I receive. This happens a lot.

What is with your site? I try to see what's on my HD channels and it stops at 1043. I can't even enter "1044" to continue, which has worked in the past.

Hi NovaNicole, are you viewing the channel list at www.cox.com/.../channel-lineup.html The channel lineup page works the same way as your Facebook and Twitter streams; more items are displayed as you scroll down the page. Rather than using the scroll bar on the right side of the page, click anywhere on the page and then utilize the Page Down key on your keyboard. I appreciate your quick response Becky. I looked at the link, but that just lists the channels and does not include program content.

        Hi NovaNicole, the "jump to channel" option on www.cox.com/.../tv-listings.cox is determined by the channel map chosen from the drop-down box under "TV Listings." Sometimes the channel listings will fail to load properly, even when the correct channel map is chosen. If this happens again, clear your browser's cache, cookies, and temp files, and then try to load the TV Listings page. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
