According to https://support.myharmony.com/en-us/compatibility it should be compatible. (We entered Cox Communications as the Manufacturer and Contour 2 as the Product.)

Please keep in mind that the Harmony remotes are third-party devices and unsupported by Cox so if you require additional support with your device and have not gotten help from another forum member in a timely manner it may be best to contact the manufacturer directly.
