Twice in three months I lost all recordings and access to any but local channels. I have the Ultimate package with all premium channels. The box has been replaced three times. Has anyone else had this issue?

I have lost all recordings twice. The schedule remains but recordings are all gone. I should have all channels, but can only access channels 3-12. If I go to another channel I either get a black screen, or three dots like it’s loading. Sometimes it actually brings up the channel but then pauses. Unable to play after that point. Can record the lower channels but they disappear. Unable to records any other channel. On demand works. I can access all channels from a laptop of tablet.

  • Hi Bionic. The issue with the channels disappearing sounds like a signal issue and needs to be addressed by a service call. Have you tried to unplug the power to the cable box for at least 2 minutes and then plug it back in to reset? This sometimes helps.
