Twice in three months I lost all recordings and access to any but local channels. I have the Ultimate package with all premium channels. The box has been replaced three times. Has anyone else had this issue?

Hi Bionic. The issue with the channels disappearing sounds like a signal issue and needs to be addressed by a service call. Have you tried to unplug the power to the cable box for at least 2 minutes and then plug it back in to reset? This sometimes helps.
