I keep losing signal. A box appears on the right side of the screen saying something about 'reloading, [pase wait'. This happens numerous times per hour. What's going on with connectivity in Bellevue...

Still experiencing signal loss and pixelation. Picture goes off and two boxes appear on the right of the screen. the first one goes away too fast to read, but the second one says something to the effect of 'program loading, please wait'. I am unable to reset the cable box from my computer since I've done it -4 times.
