This is an excellent question, but the answer isn't so straight forward. If you have Panoramic wifi, a wireless TV box, and DVR service you likely have cloud DVR, but the box is not always wireless. If you are not sure of your subscription you can always email us at cox.help@cox.com with your full name, complete street address and the details of your inquiry so we can review your account and confirm plan with you.
