Contour to contour 2
I have a 6 DVR box but I am still on Contour. I would like to switch to contour 2 but I don't want to lose the programs I already have recorded. I am about 50% full. Is that possible

@louie vig You will lose all recordings when upgrading since the new Contour service requires a different cable box. -Allan Cox Support Forums Moderator
- Can I keep my existing DVR and connect it to a different hdmi port on my TV, not connect it to cable and watch my existing shows until I am done watching them? I estimate a month or two. I could then return the DVR to Cox.
