On Demand TV shows freeze up when an AD (commercial break) is going to show at the beginning of a program.

Every now and then, an on demand show will get stuck on the first ad. At the end of the ad, the screen goes black and it replays the final few seconds before going black and looping those seconds again. I have refreshed the box and signal and do not have any splitters. The only other problem posted doesn’t have a resolution. I called Cox and they also refreshed the box. I can’t fast forward since it’s unavailable for this show.

    @Janelle, Is this issue happening with multiple programs or just one? Also, is this happening with all tvs in the home or just one? -Allan, Cox Support Forums Moderator.

    Im having same issue. Almost every show I watch. I tried all ts steps other user did as well. All tvs and multiple programs for the past week

      Sounds like a signal issue. Have you also check all the coax connections to make sure they're hand-tight and, if there's a splitter or amp and bypassing them? Also, is this happening on live, DVR, and on-demand shows?
