Hello, I am very sorry you’ve not had the best experience with Cox. I understand how a high monthly bill is always a worry as I must manage my monthly bills as well. Usually what causes a bill increase are promos falling off, as they only last 12 or 24 months. It is possible it can be for another reason, but we would be happy to investigate this matter. False. They will not investigate anything. The sales team and retention team are more interested in upsells or taking away services rather than customer satisfaction. $300 per month for straight trash. Count your days. Wyred is coming in hot.
