Cox is more like a monopoly than robbery!

 We have to have internet in order to watch TV with our firestick. I have gigabit internet. We can't watch a 30 minute show without it buffering or completely needing to be shutdown! The only thing a call to "internet support" does .... NOTHING! It gets rebooted and same crappy internet. But there's nothing else available in my area! Might as well just get rid of internet and use your phone service internet! Don't really know what else to do!? VERIZON keeps asking me to try their home internet service.... might try it!

    Did you want to troubleshoot? If so, can you tell us more about the problem and your network? What model modem/router? If Panoramic, the white one? Does it affect other wireless devices? Does it affect wired devices? Does it happen all the time? Has it ever not happened? If so, when did it start?
