Monopoly in Imperial Beach?

Paying $300 for 1 gig internet and basic television. Complete rip off. Please Wyred make your way to Imperial Beach fast and in a hurry, we need you.

  • Hello, I am very sorry you’ve not had the best experience with Cox. I understand how a high monthly bill is always a worry as I must manage my monthly bills as well. Usually what causes a bill increase are promos falling off, as they only last 12 or 24 months. It is possible it can be for another reason, but we would be happy to investigate this matter. Please email us your “full” name, “complete” address, and a copy of your post to Cox.Help@cox.com for further assistance. Thank you!

Been there done that. You guys don’t actually care about your customers. You want to suck as much money out of us while limiting and taking away services. $300 per month for tv and internet is an absolute crime. You are not going to investigate anything, the sales team is going to try to convince me to purchase an upsell or take away services. Count your days Cox, Wyred should be in the area in the next couple of months.

If it's a crime, don't pay it. QAM based TV service is dead/dying. I suggest switching to Youtube TV or some kind of streaming service. Wyred doesn't even offer TV service. They just resell other providers like DirectTV streaming.

Also, what did you expect by posting here?

False. They will not investigate anything. The sales team and retention team are more interested in upsells or taking away services rather than customer satisfaction. $300 per month for straight trash. Count your days. Wyred is coming in hot.
