Been there done that. You guys don’t actually care about your customers. You want to suck as much money out of us while limiting and taking away services. $300 per month for tv and internet is an absolute crime. You are not going to investigate anything, the sales team is going to try to convince me to purchase an upsell or take away services. Count your days Cox, Wyred should be in the area in the next couple of months.
If it's a crime, don't pay it. QAM based TV service is dead/dying. I suggest switching to Youtube TV or some kind of streaming service. Wyred doesn't even offer TV service. They just resell other providers like DirectTV streaming.
Also, what did you expect by posting here?
