MLB Extra Innings Channel 1 is always bad

I have the MLB Extra Innings package served up through Cox Arizona.  Channel 1 is always bad meaning that the connection is horrible and breaks up constantly.  Always bad all day every day.  The station is unwatchable.

I have rebooted my box, etc.  The problem is on the service end, not on the receiving end.

Please look into this.
