I'm a new customer in my first month of Cox service.

3 times this week no Cox programming but I can watch Netflix. The program listing menu locks up. And why is the internet so slow?

    Can you expound on "no Cox programming?"  You'll have to describe your network to help with latency.

  • Hi Armimoran, are you having trouble viewing available TV programming using the on-screen Guide? Are you getting an error message or error number instead of a picture when you change to different channels?
