Can you tell me what the solution to this problem is? I'm having the same issue. I have Freeform as a regular channel and can access the channel through both the Contour Receiver and when I watch live on Cox.com. However, I typically watch Freeform on their app on Roku, but in the last week, Freeform displays an error when I try to watch. On the Freeform app, the following error comes up:
Provider Service Error
Currently there is an authorization problem with your TV provider. Please contact us at freeform.com/roku/feedback so we can work with your TV provider to help solve the issue.

On the freeform site, the following error comes up:
You have not been signed in since it appears your TV subscription does not include access to the following channel(s):
