It sounds like the box needs a good reset. Please disconnect the power cord and the coaxial cable from the back of the DVR and leave them both disconnected for a solid 60 seconds. Then go ahead and reconnect the coaxial cable first and power cord last. If that doesn't work please send an email to: cox.help@cox.com and include your full address, name. Please also add that this is an issue with the DVR in the body of the email. Thanks!
