Cox should consider their quarantined and sheltered in place customers.

Wouldn't it be nice if Cox offered free premium TV channels to its customer during this critical time?  Once the fog of the virus lifts, Cox may gain subscribers to premium channels they have been watching!

    Great idea!! Too bad they are not thinking of their customers in this way, only additional ways to get more money from them!  I can't get a straight answer as to why my bill keeps increasing!
