Hello Andrew. I am not aware of any ongoing issues with the On Demand service. Are you getting any error messages when trying to access the service? -Allan Cox Support Forums Moderator

it is working now it looks like our one Tivo needed a updated app. Here is how it fixed itself I unchecked the cox ondemand app and mad 2 service connections to the Tivo service and checked the cox ondemand app and it started working.
