- BeckyModeratorHi Andrew,
I don't have any information, unfortunately. All we know is that the issues are on the TiVo side, and that TiVo is working on it.
Yesterday you posted that you were still experiencing the blue spinning circles (BSCs) and were unable to access Cox On Demand content. Is that happening to both your TiVos?

no it was fixed on the 11-12 Tivo released a software update on the 10th and 13th of January and I checked the 10th and ondemand finally worked no more BSC's and the update did not on the 13 th did not break it, but now the resume viewing is gone again.
- BeckyModeratorYou're right, Andrew. Anything viewed after the January 13th update was installed appears to be missing the option to resume viewing. I'll let our On Demand team know so we can open a new ticket with TiVo. Thanks for sounding the alarm!

Since ours didn't work fully until that update we have no resume viewing on anything.
- BeckyModeratorHi Andrew,
I'll let you know if I learn anything new today.

Becky can you also check on why some Music choice video never show up in the my rentals folder even after the are played?
- BeckyModeratorHi Andrew,
It sounds like this is another symptom of the "bug" affecting the My Rentals folder. Has this been going on for quite a while?
- Andrew_WeesContributor III
yes it has been going on for awhile, but only seems to affect the music choice videos, all other video's after played show up in the my rentals folder.

Hi Andrew,
Just to clarify, since the TiVo revision on 1/13/17, are shows you watch (via Cox On Demand) listed in your My Rentals folder? I've heard two reports:
- Titles viewed via Cox On Demand are listed in the My Rentals folder, but are missing the Resume Viewing option.
- Titles viewed via Cox On Demand are not listed in the My Rentals folder at all.

Resume viewing does not show up at all and music choice video don't showup in the my rentals folder, but all other on demand videos do.
