Cox can not validate cable card

It has been 3 days and 3 different cable cards changed. Using on HDhomerun one way device.

Nobody seams to be able to activate it. 

I had a technician stop at my house to measure the cable signal strength and he said it is ok.

I am loosing my patience and might be time to cut the cord. I pay for Netflix hulu cbs and peacock anyways.

It ** because hdhomerun is amazing.  

But cox dont seam to want my business.
